Shimano Reel Rebate?

I sent in my rebate a few weeks ago for a new Curado but have not received the $50 rebate yet. I few people on here have said they received them in 2 weeks and a few said it took much longer. Is there anyway to get in contact with Shimano to find out when it will come? Thanks

The rebate process has been taking around 6-8 weeks. The early stages took around 2 weeks. You can send us an email through the contact us section of the website. From there we can forward it to the person that handles the rebates and see if we can get a status report.
