Danny,

There is a Shimano product forum on the main forum page.

I sent my reel to them, explaining to them that it has never worked since it was new. They had tried to fix it twice before , but they still didn't fix the reel. I called customer service and they said that my reel was no longer under warranty and they didn't have the parts to fix the real. So they sent the reel back and now I have a new reel that does not work. Does anybody want to buy it? I don't think so. I am SOL

What reel do you have? You never replied to my PM.

I can't help you without getting all the details. We also require a receipt for warranty purposes. We can overlook this but I need more details.

If the reel did not work correctly when new then why didn't you return it?

Where did you take the reel for repairs?

What is the problem with the reel?

I'm also curious as to what reel, model it is. I've never had any problems with any of my Shimano reels and Bantam1 is extremely helpful on the board.
