Did I forget to mention that may happens to be the peak of the Chinook Salmon run? Hummmmmmm.......some states still allow you to fish for 'em!! I keep a boat tied up on the property all through May, fish every morning in peace and tranquility.....watch the sun rise, listen to the birds welcome a new day, and wait for my bobber to go down!! Almost as much fun as a big 'ol bass crashin through on a frog!!!

Price of pooker just went up again!!

See ya in the morning, no telling what a new day might bring to this mix!!

Yea Splash, Mike is starting to weaken

When is ol Brian going to come out and play??? :) And just where did lil ol Gator get off to????? :D

All you guys are great, This is really turning out to be a great fundraiser.

As Phillip stated in another post, There will be the possibility of a whole or partial mount on one bird. Done by "Artistic Wildlife Creations" in Anderson, Ca. He is a friend of mine and does beautiful work. Truly art in ever sense of the word.

Good bidding gentlemen, it ought to get really good tomorrow :D

Course I already know what they are lookin for and they will not be dissappointed, Figure all the individual perks on this auction, it's still way underpriced  , but the day is young, and some people have commited to having it!!!! :D :D

Glad to see your donation is also doing well, I think I'm going to just book you for an early spring trip and then follow it up with a fall extravaganza :D :D

crunch time!!!

Post by phill strader »

all right...... the auction is for two hunters. I've seen it happen when two hunters just isn't enough man power to get yer critter retrieved. Sometimes packers and skinners are necessary, so we're going to add two more people to the guest list of the winner of the auction....could be family members, friends.....enemies ya just wanna get rid of!!!! your choice, we'll call 'em skinners and photographers......

Roughly three hours left....stay tuned!!

My pit is 16' long and 3' round with a 3' foot fire box built on a 20' tandem axle trailer. It ain't the biggest or fanciest around here, but I ain't ashamed to pull next to any! Besides, I don't even know what a "Treager" is! LOL

Leave MY elk alone

On another note, I just got off the phone with the owner of Artistic Wildlife Creations, He told me he sold the bird and rug business  , so I CAN'T produce a full mount :( , but I know I can get a fan and beard plaque done. I am Sorry :( I should have checked first, but I never dreamed he would have done that. It's still a little somethin to sweeten the pot.
