The six hour rule also depends on water temp.
Once the water hits a certain temp d.f.g. would like it to be a 6 hour event.

If you pull the correct permit yes it does.
That is how the Iron Man was done.
You would pull a permit for sat. and sunday.

Clarification

Post by Terry »

The rule is that from July 15- Sept 15 all tournaments must have a weigh in every six hours. However you may not weigh in more than a single day's limit of fish (five) total during both weigh ins. This has been a special condition for many years. The six hour rule starting on July 15 is based on water temperature, and we have no special conditions based on actual water temp for each water.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Mr. Forman with the info. So it's July and not June.

That is a typo on Terry's part. The 6 hour rule is June 15 to September 15.

This weekend we will be launching as soon as the lake staff allows (around 7:30 p.m.) and the first weigh-in will be at 2 a.m.

See you there.
