Looking for house/cabin rental with dock or waterfront

My father-in-law is getting up in age and fished his entire life but no longer has the stamina and energy to go out on a boat for a long period of time. Was wondering if you guys know of any cabin/house rental that has a dock for fishing(bass).

delta preferrred but will go to other locations (lakes/ponds)

any info would be helpful

There is a great one on Clear Lake that we were just chatting about a few days ago on here.

The fishing should be pretty darn good from that dock over the next few months!
