Float tube inspection question

Post by bassinator »

do you really have to have your float tube inspected for mussels? me and my friend got kicked off the lake today because we didn't have inspection slips, pretty dumb.

They will be inspecting anything that is used to fish out of and move from lake to lake or any waterway. Do not know about swim suits   As for you urination, who knows. Especially if the state can make a buck on a permit   . Heard that the stickers, which have been free, now will start cosing you a fee. Good old Kalifornia. Bill K :)

If you are fishing anywhere in Lake County YES you do have to get inspected. They want you to put the stickers on the pontoons but when you deflate them they fall off. Everyone i know puts the stickers on the backs of our seats. I lost my sticker the 2nd day I had it and now just carry the yellow paper for inspections with my licence.
