July 30, 2009. Stockton, CA. Today, the California Sportfishing Protection Alliance (CSPA) submitted a formal petition to the State Water Resources Control Board (State Board) asking it to reconsider its issuance of a “secretâ€

Wow, is this all the interest there is in this post????? :? :? :?
I say we lynch the guy from the closest tree! How is it that 1 signature from a state board member can bypass laws that the state board as a whole passed?

There's more interest in the issue JH. But I can tell you I get at least a daily update email from one source or another and after a while you feel like your just getting overflowed with data. How many letters can one guy write after all.

Looks like there is action being taken ... here's a petition to reverse the order by the CSPA. Here's a little more info on the CSPA site.

Thanks for the info, I am glad that someone is tackling this thing....As far as Boxer and Feinstein....I guess that there are more people who believe their lies than people who don't. If you want to get elected in California, just promise people that you are going to give them things for free and make their lives easier....You don't actually have to do it, just promise it....Then blame it on someone else when you can't follow through with your lies, I mean promises....
