trim gauge stuck

trim gauge stuck on half way mark any ideas

your trim relays may have went bad. Its an easy fix. they just plug in like a fuse, only bigger.
I havent heard of both going out at the same time but its possible.

Check to see if it is unplugged where it connects inside the cowling...it may have come un-connected while at the half-way setting.

Is it a Yamaha? If so, they used to use a plastic trim cam that were notorious for breaking. They since have changed the design and are building them out of aluminum.

He has a 225 Pro XS. The Relay has nothing to do with the gage, It's a bad gage or the sending unit is mis adjusted or faulty. We Dialed him in today. Art
