Ol' Tony doesn't have mod capability anymore so I won't be the one deleting anything.

It saddens me to see the two of you going off on each other like that. I had hoped that time would have healed at least some of the wounds. I respect you both a lot but these sorts of squabbles between each other is bad for business. Well maybe not the Texas fishing forums business but I wouldn't think its not a good deal for the either of you in the rod business.

I know finding some peace between the two of you seems impossible, but each of you taking the high road, not acknowledging the others public comments and keeping your heads into your own businesses would seem to make perfect sense. It's just very difficult watching you two guys tear each other down. Then the pro staff'll jump in and everyone just takes more lumps and the bitterness builds all over again.

Here's my advice to both of you. Personally I like both of you guys. This sort of discussion only brings out the worst in both of you. It's water under the bridge gentlemen. It's the past. Learn from it and move on. And please, revert back to taking the high road about each other guys.

Tony you are right. This is the first time I have EVER replied. My pro-staff has been told to stay out of it. Please understand many of my staff guys were with powell and many have their own issues with him. I have told my staff to let other rod posts go unless they are posting positively. How's your memory Tony? Do you remember me as the designer and 50% partner of powell? Him posting that I'm trying to ride on his company is total BS. I am out in the open now. I'm tired of being the only guy on the high road.
