adding a pic to the message

Can someone tell me how to add a pic to the message. I've never done it before. thanks

OK - just dug up a post I put together a while back:

Here are the instructions I posted on the Southern board:

If you have the photo already posted on a site on the Internet, just click the Img button, paste in the URL address, then click Img again to have the closed tag inserted.

If you don't have it posted already, go to the Photos section of this site - http://www.westernbass.com/forum/album_cat.php?cat_id=1

Click the Upload Pic button, fill in the information, click the Browse button to find the file on your computer, click Open to have it fill in the file location, then click Submit to have the photo uploaded and placed in the library.

Once it's in the library, click the photo. Highlight the contents in the BBCode text box, then press and hold the CTRL key and press the letter c.

Then edit your message, or start a new reply, put the cursor where you want the photo to appear, then press and hold the CTRL key and press the letter v.
