Curado 200BSF Problems

I have a Curado 200BSF that is having problems. After casting and starting the retrieve, as soon as any pressure is applied (as in when the crankbait starts to dive) it seems as if the gears are slipping. It may do it 1-3 times. Also if ripping it will do it alot. And then today when setting the hook it completly spun backwards and backlashed. Any idea what might be wrong? Can it be fixed? Thanks

The anti reverse bearing has failed and is in need of replacement.

The anti reverse bearing is very easy to replace. Here is a step by step service guide I made for Calfishing.com

The bearing is located in the right side plate. This article is for the Curado 200B. Its exactly the same as the 200BSF except for the pinion support bearing and longer pinion gear. Simply push the anti reverse bearing out and reinstall the new one.

Thanks again! The bearing you are talking about is the one in figure 19 correct? Where is the best/fastest place to get a new bearing? Are they the same as a 200B. Thanks again for your help
