the skies are looking pretty dark and stormyhere on the penninsula, but no rain yet.

Anyone gotten rain today?

Been having rain here for the last 2 months on and off.

I live in CT...the lakes are full and the fishing is great.

Yes they have bass here over 2 lbs...

brambo...I know, im a transplant. Cut my teeth fishing those lakes out west.

The fishing is actually pretty good here...caught a 5lb pre spawn female in Aug the 2nd cast in state. Yeah and those swimbait things are amazing...the fish love them and so dont the people, "OMG...what is that thing, where I can I get one (shames sponsor plug if I had one...hint hint), do they really work?"

To be perfectly honest I have caught more DD bass on 3.5 inch tubes, 6" senkos and jigs then I ever will on swim baits.

Your right they do catch fishermen though...
