Looking for a striper quide in LA area

I'm looking for a striper guide at any of the lake within an hour of Casitas. It can be anytime in the month of January. I want to do some trolling, downrigging and casting for them. I have my own rods and swimbaits. I have never tried for them so I open to any ideas.
