Check this out this is what America needs! Screw PG&E and there rip off butts! I would buy one for my house no doubt, this is the direction the world needs to go.

Only 5 cents/kwh. 40 cents/ kwh is 4x the average rate for Americans in 2008.

Now if only I can modify it to power a bass boat ?????
