Any ideas for tomorrow?

Post by midwesttransplant »

I am heading out to Franks tomorrow. Anyone have a report? I have been out of the state the last couple of weeks, ice fishing. :D
If I call in sick, I am probably on the Delta.

Help you if I could. We went in there late today for nothing. We didn't see an activity (birds, etc). We worked the levee breaks @ the South for nothing. Worked some tullie islands on the East side...for nothing.

We were throwing fishtraps & ripbaits.

Chasing strripers right now is just that, a chase! With the temps falling below 50 degrees, the shad have migrated out to deeper, warmer waters. Been this way fer almost two weeks now. Still some scattered schools in places like Taylor, Dutch, Washington, Werner & Sandmond. My guess is running the Sacto and SJ Rivers and spoonin' em might be best bet right now. I've given up on em fer now, blackie bite is too good on most days.
