Top Stick Tour registration extended

Post by DL »

Due to the recent announcements regarding WON Bass and its pending event changes, we at the Top Stick Tour are opening registration back up and will be accepting season deposits and cherry picking anglers until midnight of January 28, 2009. These Pro’s will then be classified and referred to as “Add-On Anglers.â€

We have approximately 20 pros signed up, but I have received numerous calls since the WON Bass article came out. John has gotten a few as well. This news is a total suprise to alot of people, especially the so cal guys that were doing WON instead of Top Stick.. Come on out, all of TDM is welcome...

The payouts are the same but they are on my work computer, I will put them up in the morning..sorry I dont have them right now.

DL,,

So a Co-angler can cherry pick without the extra fee?

Not that I want to be a cherry picker but this season I just want to

focus on WON pro-am (not ne mo I guess), Stren, a few NG and

Ray L's tournaments.

Yes, you can cherry pick as a Co Angler, but you are subject to a spot being available if you do not fish the first event...

Bill,

$420 All-in(ins and permits incl) Basic entry($375) + big fish($20) is $395. The fishoff is at Santa Margarita, late summer. Payouts are the same as last year...

This is an example of a payout from last year at Castaic. If you modify the entry fee, you can calculate the exact payout for this year.

Castaic 23 Boats
Pro $350 entry fee
1st $3500
2nd $1440
3rd $900
4th $800
5th $700

AM $150 entry fee
1st $1100
2nd $450
3rd $375
4th $325
5th $300

Texas hold em going on, a few beverages being consumed, and I even got to tow home a new stratos boat! It was awesome, never thought I would do it....alas, I actually towed to Mike Hart's Home!

Don't know what the prize will be this year, but I am sure DL and JB will do their best, maybe they'll even have some Del Taco coupons!!

Lets get a northern division!!!!!! These are some of the most fun tournies out there. im sad i cant make em this year.  The payouts are better than anything out there so who cares and yes you can fish for a boat at the end against 15 other peeps. not a bad deal at all. i dont know how they pull it off.
