Clear Lake in mid Feb

Post by russ@russmeyer1.com »

Any thought on how they think the fishing will be at the WEST COAST BASS event on Clear lake Feb 26th through march 1st 2009 ? I remember one Record bee held there years ago when Obe Maco one in the State Park on one tree shaking a worm for two days during a snow storm and another time the Boat works kicked out huge bags ripping shad raps. But this year we have much warmer weather so far I guess we will find out . I bet it will be a slug fest.

But this year there will be no wood to fish.

From what I am hearing in Redding at least .Most all the pro's up here are fishing at least the first one . I think there will be at least 100 boats Maybe a lot more. It will be a great tournament I am sure. Hell there all great as long as we make a check RIGHT.
