Stradic handle spinning backwards

My Stradic handle will spin backwards from time to time. The anti reverse switch is on. What might be wrong and can I fix it myself?

The anti reverse bearing is in need of replacement. Give us a call to order a replacement. 877-577-0600.

Here is a link that shows how to replace the anti reverse bearing. With simple tools it should take you about 5 minutes or less.

They are a little pricey at around $20 or so
