Post by Garrett Mercer »

I got the letter that sign ups start at 4:30 (Kellen will be there to sign us up with the $$ and make sure we are in the draw, I cant get up at 3am to get there by then), but what time are the gates going to be opening at (thats when I will be there)? Thanks and see you tomorrow morning....

Hi Garrett

How all is well.

The lake staff is opening the gates for us at 4:30 a.m. so that we are out of the traffic and out of harms way.

We are going to let the boats start launching at 5:30 a.m. and then blast off the first boat out at 6:00 a.m.(ish)

It is going to be a beautiful day.

Michael is coming into town on Monday then we are off to Havasu for a week of nothing but fun (including a NBW Havasu tournament on Saturday that Mike and Michael are going to fish.)

See you early

Perfect thanks Lynne. Glad to hear you guys are getting to take a Havasu trip with both Mikes. Sounds like that should be a great time. Well I guess I will be up bright and early then, sounds like you guys got it set up VERY well with the Lake Staff and we will be fishing nice and early, which we all like. Its always nice not to have to sit on that road.... Kellen and I will have to make it out to one of the Havasu tournaments this spring, its always a good time.

See you tomorrow,
Garrett

Fish the March 14th event. That is an "open" no membership required although I know that you have a membership. Fishing should be really, really good then.

The rest of the Colorado River events after that are going to be at Fisher's Landing which should also be huge weights.

See you at the crack of dawn.
