For those who cant make it the store on their way to the lake we will still have check in at markley cove for the last 45 min before each event. Those traveling from the north or the bay area should take Interstate 505 into winters and turn west arriving at the store in about 1/2 a mile on the right. As with other sponsoring stores, Purchases of $20 or will get you entered in our Texas Travel Tackle Store Promotion. See the website for details. See everyone else at berryessa soon.

Re: Berryessa Sporting now the check in place for WRL
Hey Bob: I'm heading up there in the morning to pre-fish for 21st. Glad to hear that there is a tackle store on the way. I've been saving my recipts from the Hook Line & Sinker ever since your first posting. We are looking forward to great season...Clay Sutterfield.
Ps....Any BIG BASS POINTERS for that Lake this time of year

clay... wish i had some help....havent fish there in about 3 years.
I use to do real well up there on brown/purple jigs and swimbaits.
if you find dirty water up north, a white/chart spinnerbait with gold
blades shallow is good.
also, you can alway catch um on small green/craw cranks. it just
depends what size you will get.
good luck...
