Titanium line guide for curado d's ?

Does anybody know if you can replace the line guides on last years curado d's with a titanium guide like the new curado e's have? This is a nice upgrade on the new reels and I throw a lot of braid and wonder if the old line guides will hold up as well as the new titanium one's. Any input is greatly appreciated.

It can be done on the 300 but not the 200.
