To who may have known my Dad

Post by Rich_Thiel »

He past away in his sleep Monday morning of Skin Cancer (Milinoma)(Cant spell it.) He was greater than life and enjoyed every bit of it in the outdoors, hunting and fishing to the end.

I'll miss you dad, but will always remember the adventures of hunting and fishing with you.

We're sorry to hear of your loss Rich. While I never had the privililge to meet him I can tell he was a very special man that left some fond and lasting memories. But those memories are what will keep him with you - always! I hope that when my time comes, my kids will think as fondly of me as you do of your dad. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Rich, my own father is recovering from a serious illness which concerened me greatly. I cannot fathom your loss, as I am certain your father was as important to you as mine is to me. Let his passing be a reminder to be "sun smart" and always wear sunscreen and proper protection out there. You and you family are in my prayers.

Rich -I am very sorry to hear about the passing of your dad. I imagine you had many great fishing experiences together. My dad got me hooked on fishing at a very early age. Only problem - wrong fish - trout!!! I finally got him to do some bass fishing at Berryessa when I discovered the "right" fish! I think he liked it!! Again, my best wishes to you and your family.

I met him once and for any one who met or knew him that would be all you needed. One found out quickly, that he was a gentle and kind hearted man who loved his sport. He will be missed by everyone, untill we hook up again at the ultimate fishing spot.
never give up, be possitive and patient, and you will be rewarded
