How in the Hell!

How in the Hell is it that my smokes are going up to almost 7.00 a PACK come April first? I do remember a bill about it but it failed, So how is this wounderful screwed up state of California doing it?

This state is so screwed up I sold my truck 2 years ago sent in my release of liability and just 3 weeks ago they levy my paycheck for 277.00 for registration with NO WARNING! for a truck I am no long nor have I been liable for for over 2 years now! The Franchise tax board did it when I called them they told me the state is broke and going after every penny it can get I told her well you took the wrong penny from the wrong guy and I want my damn money back she looks it all up and tells me shes sorry but it will take 8 weeks for the money to travel from Sac to Tracy DMV at which point it will take 2 weeks longer for my refund check to be cut then its 6-8 weeks for me to get it in the mail!!!!!!!!!

I told her very politly she can stick that refund check where to sun dont shine and I clicked on her ***.

This State is out Huntin yall so if you owe anything DMV fees,Unemployment over payments,etc... be ready the State is coming for ya and they are showing NO MERCY! I dont owe this state a damn thing nor do I owe the IRS a penny but it dont matter they will get you anyway!

I believe it is not the State tax but a Federal tax on your smokes, one of many that are coming down the road – you voted for him now live with him.

As for the State coming for your money, it is the same with the Federal they will be coming for your money – you voted for him now live with him.

Last month I posted that cash and gold are king in the Obamanation, I hope you are taking care of yours.

You said it Marty, cash is king. I have been slowly taking out my savings and placing it elsewhere. Within the next few months it will appear as if I am living paycheck to paycheck, then I may be eligible for some of this bailout money.

BE careful, cash is trash. I have a lot of my money in gold and silver. I bought quite a bunch a few months ago when gold got back down around $700. The way we are printing money our dollar will be devalued and worth less and less all the time. I still have some cash, but hard currency is the way to go right now.

The tax is a CA state tax, Navada still 3.35 a pack.

The state of Ca took my money not the federal government the state I like the rep told you so but from what I see Obama is kicking butt and taking names give it some time. Heck it took Buch 8 years to screw this all up (no regulations on wall street/banks)

I think Obama is still on the right track.
