Ski Arm actually....I'm a bass guy first and foremost, so no soaking cut bait or anything like that...got 'em all on reaction baits.....Bring lots of extra treble hooks......Easy limits

In less than 30' of water .... Try picking up an LV500 in Shad or a cheap Rattle-Trap ...and 5-7 flutter it off the bottom to back down.

A bottom Stripper - is a bottom Striper - is a Striper.

By chance - Does anyone know how fast the water level is currenty dropping at Lake Castaic ? -- and how the bass bite is currrenly by chance ??

We have a group of 6 teen's headed down there for Memorial Weekend to fish their State tourney on the 24th. Any updated tips for Lodging and Lake Conditions would be greatly appreciated to give them.

Cheers,
Dan

Dan,
Here is a link you can use to monitor the water level at Castaic.

I found this link that shows daily water levels.
If you type in cas, the code for Castaic, it shows the last month's water levels, and, if you go down to the bottom of the page and click on Real time CAS data, it will give you hour by hour levels, up to the last hour.

http://cdec.water.ca.gov/queryDaily.html

You can track Pyramid by typing in pym, too.

Only by two solid finish's at the end - With an Hum'Dinger finish in the last of their Tourneys for this year!!

There will be six Delta Teen Teamers there giving it a go at Lake Castaic - for a shot of fishing the Nationals.

The 15-18 y/o's will be represented by - Jon Rodgers, Joey Fortina and Tanner Sterud.

And the 11-14 y/o's will be represented by - Matt Carabello, Adam Roberts and Luke Deneen.

Thanks again to the DTT President John Rodgers for an OUTSTANDING year under his leadership for the Teen's, Gene at The Hook Line and Sinker for the Teens Prizes and Gifts, Russos's Marina for the Launches and use of facilities and ALL the Boaters that gave their time and boats to take these Teen's out fishing on the water !!
