Congratulations Scott and Adam. I was hoping you could of done a little better than that  , heck you weighed about the same on New years a couple years back!

Ain't a dink lake when you know how to catch em like these guys.

Wish I could of been out there to help hold up the bottom!
I had to come back...I know...

Judging by the limits coming out of Folsom I can see the spring bite is pretty good...but how does the June bite usually go? I will be in Roseville for a wedding the last weekend of June, and I am pulling the boat...

because I played a little joke on Mike Van Wagner and his revenge was taking two plug wires off of my motor while it was at the restaurant. Wouldn't run and I had to take the cowl off to find what he had done.

DL,

If you are looking to Fish Folsom in June you are in for the worlds worst boat launching/traffic fiasco in the world!!!!!!!!!!!

Get on the water at daylight and be off by 9:30 am at the latest.

The topwater bite in the flooded willows can be real good!!!

DL,

Friday will not be as bad as the weekend, when Folsom has water in it like this year the Granite Bay Launch ramp is the most used launch facility in the State of Calif. on the weekends.

As Rip says there are lots of lanes 90 % with Family boats loading and unloding right on the ramp    Jack-knifed wake board boats and waverunners galore.

I make it a point that I will not Fish Folsom From Memorial Day to Labor day on a weekend. It is that bad!!!

Come up though and give this little gem of a fishery a try, it is a love or hate type of lake.

The 1st Hot day we get, and all the entrances were turning people away as there was no parking.
Lots of lanes at Granite but Sunday all were filled to capacity Granite Bay, Folsom Point, Beals, Browns Ravine.
We started turning boats back at 1:15 Granite at around 2 pm folsom point 1:30. Just to many people not enough lake. I had 150 boat trailers in our parking lot and I probably turned away at least 40 more. Plus we had some dude try and launch his truck at the launch ramp tied up 1 lane for almost and hr. People crowding in and starting to argue over who was next. Finally had to call the Rangers and Eldorado canine unit to calm things down .To say it was a Zoo would be and understatment. weekends are no fun at Folsom, come Early leave earlier :D. just my $.02
