Forecast for Delta

What's the weather supposed to be like this weekend? I see that we're expecting rain, but how much? I'm debating whether to head out in my tube or not. Any expectations of lightning? Should I just stay home?

If you dont mind getting a little wet, bite should be fantastic. Dont think it should get too nasty for you in the tube, it doesn't look like the wind will be too bad.

Fishing is gonna be awesome, watch the weights coming out of the AC Pro-Am this weekend, the wakers and swimbaiters are gonna smoke em!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That jig bite popped today too! I feel for the plastic guys!!!!!!!!!!

I would fish anywhere on the river, the bite should be good for everyone. I spend Thursday night and Friday morning in the south and found decent topwater and worm fish. Bigger fish came on s-20 worm.

On the minus tide on Thursday, I found beds with big fish in Victoria that we have never been able to see before. It's like an aquarium, unbelieveable. Most of the boats must have been north as I was the only one this area most of the day.

The bigger fish in the south that were caught were done spawing and tore up, must be hell defending the beds with all the clear water.

Two more weeks of softball and I'll be back at it, save some for me.

, I meant that comment as a joke since there was a big tourney that weekend. I checked the posts from the AC Pro-Am and no one said how they caught em...

Thanks for the info, My son and I still have a lot to learn, we only caught dinks on Sunday along with a bunch of 2 lb stripers?? Man those stipers can fight!!
