Survey for Class. PLEASE RESPOND!!

(Mods, please leave this in this section for a few days, I need a lot of responses)..

I am in a Stats class for my Master's and I need to do an online survey. So I want to make it simple and easy, cuz that's how I roll.

1) Who is your cell phone provider?
2) On a scale of 1-5, rate how satisfied you are with them.

Thats it.

My cell provider is Cingular and I rate them a 2 (but I am too lazy to switch and I am a sucker for those damn roll-over minutes)

Verison for three phones on the Family Plan -- A Solid 4+

The newest LG phone of DeltaLuke's had some problems in less than two months - and the customer service replaced it new with no questions asked.

Also for those with Verison Phones ~ do this at least monthly as they are always upgrading. I rarely lose my signal in Lil' Mandy now - and even get most incoming calls.

-Power on your phone within any Verizon Wireless digital service area.

-Dial *228 and then press SEND (this call is airtime free).
When prompted, press option 2 to update your phone's roaming capabilities (the update may take up to 2 minutes).

-Once completed, a confirmation message will appear to inform you that your phone has been re-programmed with the new PRL.

You will get -

-Longer battery life
-Fewer dropped or blocked calls
-Clear, crisp connections in more areas across the United States
Ability to connect to the digital network in more parts of the country

Verizon 4+... I had Cingular (before they were AT&T) when I moved back out here from back East. They tried jacking me around when I tried to move my account here...went with Verizon, been happy ever since..

Cingular and now ATT only time bad signal was in Folsom in a cove with a high bank. no problem at Shasta,clear and berryessa.

Verizon for work it works good ill give it a 4 the phone sucks but service ok. Sprint for personal use, 5 the internet is pretty quick service is good i think its cause of the phone though quad band phone HTC PRO my wife pretty thrilled too with her instinct phone

Verizon 4 - Just wish they wouldn't cripple the damn bluetooth on every phone. Half the phones won't work the way they were created to with out cracking them. They say it's for security but really its all about the $$$.

Works in the major cities, but as soon as you head for the lake or leave populated areas the coverage is awful. Hopefully I don't break down going from Phoenix to LA because half the trip I have no coverage.
