But I thought Saturdays big fish was 10.88? I am confused...

My info came from 2 sources one was Gene at the Hook. One was an angler I talked to on the water yesterday by B&W. Both said the exact same weight. Sorry if I caused confusion. This is what Gene wrote.

The Berkley Big Challenge had over 350 anglers this past weekend. They gave away a lot of money and a Toyota pickup worth $28.000. They tripled the draw from last year!!
Andrew Marks from Berkley took a challenge from Jeff Huth that if the field matches the draw they have in Texas he will pay back almost double the spots he did this year which means 16 to 20 places per hour.
The big fish of the two days was 10.30lbs. It took a 3lb plus fish each hour to get a check.
I won't go into details and spoiled Vince's thunder but it was fun.
They are coming back next year so if you didn't make it this year plan on next.
