Vicious over states the line test verses the line diameter, fluorocarbon should be smaller diameter than mono of equal test.
I heard good reports on Black Water fluoro, haven't tried it, still using SunLine FC Shooter.

I have 6lb on my spinning rods and havent had any breakoffs yet. I swing fish all the time on it.. Used 15lb on a jig rod and it got bit, but was too heavy for folsom so I cut it off.

I have used Vicious Fluoro. for quite a while and have not had any problems. The larger pound test does have a little more memory, but I mainly use 4,6,8, and 10 lb. and dont run into the memory problems.

I'll +1 the "Don't waste your money!"

When I first tried some, it was very hard, so memory was to be expected, but hard fluoros usually are VERY abrasion resistant...it definitely wasn't, that stuff frayed like no other line I've seen, with the exception of maybe Vanish.

P-Line Fluoro or even FluoroClear, which is slightly more visible, but handles much easier and of course is a whole lot cheaper.

I don't know. I tried the P-line and didn't like it as I had break off problems with it. Trying the Vicious now and havn't had any issues with it yet. I'm using it on level windes and not on spinning.

Been Fishing Vicious for over Three years, early on there were some issues. For me and many of my customers it is a great value and product catches many BIG bass. I like it!

Memory, Yes it does, try some KVD line and Lure as with any Flouro and it really helps!

So Let's see

Price
Performance
and Made in the USA

Yuba City Johnson's
Bass Tackle Depot
Oroville Outdoors
Delta Outdoors
to name just a few
Or if you have a favorite store let me know and they can get it in stock

I acutally like the vicious floro over the pline stuff, but i hate the line type in general. Rope or no, I only really use the 20lb so it doesn't matter to me - tough stuff and the right price.

The more money you spend on fishing line the better fisherman you will become. The fish love Japanese line the best because it costs more and it helps their economy, two good reasons to buy Japanese line.

I have some 12 lb you can have for free. 500 yards of the trash. Its so stiff I think they make it with Viagra. And its the Diameter of mono 2lb stronger.
Other than that its a great line. I like a thinner than mono line.

Sports Authority in folsom, has it. Also Wild Sports in orangevale.
But the line is garbage, way to stiff. Seaguar is the way to go in my opinion.
