You got that right. I have a uneasy feeling lately. The delta sucks, clear lake sucks, they want to go ahead and finish off the delta as we know it. I think my kids may be screwed by the time they reach my age. Oh and not to mention the economy. Oh well, maybe Deltadan is right and the world is going to end in Dec 2012 anyway. That will solve every ones problems…………… :?

Nah ~~ The year 2012 is just when the Mayan Calender ends  .... and they along with their culture/bodies disapeared along time ago near when He was Risen from the dead. :D

You know, we always called each other goodfellas. Like, you'd say to somebody: "You're gonna like this guy; he's all right. He's a goodfella. He's one of us." You understand? We were goodfellas, wiseguys.

it comes down to how directly is the person affected. hooks for fishing, big bitch. water shipped south: doesnt effect me so who cares. just the sad way society has changed. when its too late and it starts to effect them personally, then the whinning will start.

BUT, WHY DON'T WE JUST TAKE THE SAFETY LABELS OFF OF EVERYTHING

Really, I dont think the state can build this thing. With the cuts all across the board and the backing of the assemblymen against it I dont think it will happen. I hope this idea and its supporters get washed away down stream.

We were never able to build the Auburn Dam so we don't have a wonderful, huge fishing lake, a help with our water storage issues, more recreation income for the area. Of course, the rubber raft folks still have some extra rapids to paddle in. Why doesn't some expert discover all those rubber bottoms scouring over the riffles and rocks all of these years have been killing some sort of useless bug?
