Surge Brakes

Post by Wally »

Anyone know where to get a rebuild kit or a rebuilt master cylinder for the surge brake on a 94 champion trailer? and/or who makes the trailer for the 94 champions? All I can find is the whole tunge units and am not sure which one of them it is out of hundreds they show.

Thanks,

If it's a UFP hitch, most parts are identical for any boat trailer. You may have to send a picture of your MC to California Trailer Works in Sac. If they don't have it, they'll get it. Best prices in town and they ship. Make sure you tell them if it's a disc or drum brake system.

Here's the link:

Good luck!

I bought my UFP master cylinder at

Marv's Trailer Spring Wheel

Yup from this pic of a 94 it looks like a UFP. There is no other company that has a square shaped ball receiver.
