Vail Lake event, you can sign up at the lake Saturday mornin

You do not need to be a member of Vail Lake OR National Bass West.
Our upcoming "Vail Lake Open" event is open to the public so that Vail Lake can showcase their lake and you the angler can get a guaranteed payout...1st and 2nd!!!

You CAN pre-fish this event paying a small $50 fee to the lake HOWEVER you must pre-pay for the event if you do so. Jaroslav from Vail Lake said that Friday, September 11, 2009 is the pre fish day for non members. You must contact me and be pre-paid though.

The gates will open at 4:30 a.m. you can sign-up at the lake starting at 4:30 a.m.. We will do a quagga check, sign-ups and have coffee, danish and juice then launch. Lunch will be served during the weigh-ins.

You can either sign up at the lake or mail your entry form to NBW P. O. Box 1151 Valley Center, CA 92082. Please do not mail your entry form after September 5th.

$310 entry fee plus a $25 big bass option available

1st place—$5,000 GUARANTEED (no matter how many participate)

It is very tough fishing right now for numbers. I was there today, and the best bite was on blades. The fish were all good quality, not like the ones earlier this year. Water level is down, and dropping. Good luck out there on Saturday.

It costs $23 minimum here at any SD lake for 2 people. So $50 for a pre-fish day on a lake you need to be a member at is not bad. I'm personally glad its not more...

Just to verify info, if you're presigned for the tourney you can prefish and pay 50 dollars at the gate or do you have to prepay for the prefish as well.
