Dobyns Rods

I ordered a 735c back in August. Every time I talk to BTD they say it will be another 3 weeks.
Anyone know what the deal is with these rods?

in the last month I've purchaced a 704cb glass from mel cotton's and a 736c from BTD and they have both been in stock. Maybe its just a super popular rod.

The 735c rods are on B/O from Dobyn's Rods and will be available in three weeks. Unfortunately this is out of our control.

bigstick, It's not BTD's fault that the rod you are wanting is back ordered. Gary and Richard are more than likely out of stock at the warehouse. The demand for Gary's new rods has been overwhelming and the mfg has had a hard time catching up (this has been tweaked to where it doesn't happen as often in the future). Having said that Gary is expecting a BIG shipment later this month and will ship out to dealers when that shipment of rods arrives.

Sorry about the inconvenience but the wait will be more than worth it..
