Just wanted to take it to the top. PLEASE if you are not busy on October 17th......PLEASE come and fish this event. The event is at El Capitan, we do have a variance. (it'll be 5 bass.....13".) We really want to raise money to help Carrol out. She and her two boys are going to be at the event. She has completed her radiation treatment and will start intense chemo treatment the week after this event.

If you are not able to make it, we have gotten donations in the mail that will definately help Carrol out. Here are some more details now that the event is a week away.

The drawing for blast-off order will be held Friday evening at Anglers Marine. So teams need to get their entry forms in prior to that to be included in the blast-off. Teams can still sign up the morning of, at the lake but you will not be entered in the drawing and will go out at the end.

Fax completed entry forms to Dave Seaberg at (858)435-4307. You can also drop your entry forms off at Anglers Marine in Santee or Fisherman's Outpost in Poway by Friday at 2:00 PM to be included in the drawing.

The weigh-in will be at 2:00 pm on Saturday, with blast-off at safe light.

If you're not able to make it to the tournament, but still wish to donate to Carrol and help her out, you can make out a check to Carrol Morrison and drop it off at Anglers Marine or Fisherman's Outpost and we will get them to her.

Hi All,
You don't have to be at Anglers Marine at 5pm for the drawing but it would be nice to stop by, drop off your entry form with prefferably cash in a sealed envelope. Then you could talk with Greg and Adam and Art about what is working at El Cap and pick up your last minute baits.
I'll log in all the entry forms I pick up there and have everything ready to go at 5pm. I'll have the draw and then put out on SDFish and Western Bass what the blast off order is. I'll also be taking sign ups at the lower gate to El Cap on Saturday morning.
For those that haven't paid yet I would like to request cash please. That way I can disburse winnings to competitors and the rest to Carrol. If you want to, you could make out a check to Carroll and the rest in cash. Either way works fine. I just don't have the ability to deposit checks yet for NBW, so cash simplifies things for all.
Tell all your friends to come on out for a good cause!! Oh Yeah, we get to fish also!!
