What did it take to win the Triton at Clear Lake?

What were the top weights at the Triton event?

I think the winning weight was around 42# for two days.

I think it was more like 40.02 and dropped off pretty quick from there. We finished 15th or so with 32.48.

The Boat is a drawing at the end of the tournament. They draw six names and then have each one stand on a compartment of their choice. All compartments have a prize with one being the boat. I wasn't one of the six, but it was a blast to watch. Those poor guys were getting pretty stressed.

It was tough fishing and the lake fished very small with the low water.

I was one of the six owners chosen to pick a compartment and it was a lot of fun being up on the deck of the boat with a 1 in 6 chance to take home the fully loaded Triton. Although I didn't win the boat I had a great time at the tournament and have already made my room reservations for next year!!!
