cabelas guidewear vs. cabelas guide tech
anyone have hands on experiance. i talked to a c.s.r. and he said they have the same waterproofing and the shell is the same, just the pockets are different. but the guidewear says 500-deniar nylon and the guide tech does not say that. any input??

I have the guide-wear and my non-boater during the 2009 WON BASS Pro/AM on Shasta had guide tech.
Totally different,
pockets, stitching, denier thickness but the biggest thing I noticed was the hood and face protection. Guidwear completely covers your face with protection Velcro, double flap, zipper, and chord tensioners. During that tournament it flat poured he was not soaked but wet and cold, myself, little cold but dry. I should of had one more layer on.
