Not a single person has even come to see it all

Maybe you should toss in all of your big fish spots..Honestly Don, if I had the money, you would be out the boat and the gear..I find it difficult to believe no one has even inquired..Perhaps they see it as a too good to be true deal and figure it must be some sort of scam..

I would jump at it if I the money. Unfortunately every buck I have is going to my daughters college education...and when it's gone I go into debt to pay for the rest of it.

I may do the Ambassador Classic with my buddy once a year.
I am sure I will have a friend drag me out there from time to time
