They don't know you but they still protect you.....

Post by Jerry Fournier »

That is right the men and women of our armed forces don't know you...but they are fighting and giving up their lives for you.

I know a lot of us don't know these men and women...but we can still support them. Please support the Toys for the Troops Kids bass tournament this Saturday Nov. 7th at Russo's marina, Bethel Island, Ca.

This is a team event....$100.00 a team...$20.00 big fish option and a couple of unwrapped toys. Not a lot to ask from you and your partner.

Come out Fish the event have some food and enjoy yourself.

For more information see www.thecbaf.com or www.thetoysforthetroopskids.org.

See you all there,

God Bless America

Is there a membership fee for this tourney? I see that it is part of a circut but was just planning on fishing this one to help out the little ones.

My father-in-law is retired Air Force (22 years) and he has wanted to fish his first tourney for a while, figured it was a good fit.

On a side note, my wife was a military kid and she remembers the holidays without her dad. She can't believe this is put together for the kids and she can not stop talking about how cool it is since she knows how the kids will feel and how this could turn their Christmas around.

Great questions guys...and thanks for your support. I know the kids will really appreciate all that you are doing. I also know that their moms and dads (our military) appreciate your support and help with their families.

There is no membership for this event...

Blast off will be like normal tournaments which is safe light.

Yes, you can sign up the morning of. There will be CBAF volunteers under the covered eating area by the grass. I would get their early as it looks like there will be a good showing.

I can't thank all of you enough for your commitment to supporting our troops and their families.

Thank you,

Jerry Fournier
