Whats your favorite line type to use when split shotting??

6 lb P-Line flouroclear has worked best for me. Bill K :)

8lb. Bass Pro Excel (Clear) or 8lb. PLine FloroClear - I have pretty much switched over to the BPS Excel, it doesn't twist as quickly or as bad as the PLine. Both are good and work well. Just my .02

He'd say - "What the hell is braid?" Hahaha. The happiest day of Dick's life was when Maxima came out with their 5lb test. Man I miss that old coot.

The only bad side to 5 pound Maxima is it can be difficult to get ahold of.

Yeah Ron, I miss him also. Everytime I'm on Isabella I keep expecting him to pull up and say, "Hey, your on my spot"
