ROBO WORM ISSUE

Post by Steve L »

I had a issue with some Robo Worms I bought. All I have to say is their customer service is the best in our industry. I really appreciate great service along with their great products.
Sincere thanks to the folks at Robo Worm

Robo worm has dominated the industry as one of the most used worms on the market, I don't know anybody that doesnt have several packs. I'm glad they provide good service too..

I'm curious as to what the problem you had with them as they are my favorite soft baits in the box.

Robo no doubt makes dyno baits I use em i was, is a big fan of hand pours but I catch em good on zoom tricks and at half the price they rock go Zoom..
the best way to catch a big one is don't lose um sharp hooks set drag retie!

I also had a minor issue about 9 months back with the swimbaits right when they first came out, and they took care of my issue immediately, and were as respectful as could be! Definitely some of the best customer service I've found, not only in this industry, but anywhere else for that matter. Glad to hear that it continues on!

Yet another fine testament to Robo's Excellence and commitment to the bass fishing industry! Their Zippers are second to none and are always in my boat when fishing the River, Mead too! More importantly, the two times we have gone to them for help and donations for the C.O. Pro-Teen Classic, they have been more than generous with their donations of product for our event! We can't thank them enough, keep up the great work fellas!
