Bass Pro Sold Out on Lowrance HDS5 Units!

Called the store in Rancho and all the units were sold out by 10am this morning!

I walked up to the Manteca store at 8:55am and they had passed out numbers to the people waiting in line....So they sold out before they opened

You had to be at Mantica by 5:30am to get a unit today.

And for the record...I am not selling the unit I got today, I am selling my 1 month old HDS5x. Same model just without GPS

It was more like 9:15.
I walked up at 9:05 and pulled the 2nd to last ticket, #53.
Didn't even know about the sale.
Was going in to kill some time before a 10:00 appointment I had in the area.
Went to the back of the line thinking it was just to get into the store when I was handed one of the last tickets as i was listening to the BPS guy describe the deal. $269.99 from $700.00? DONE!!
Was out of there by 9:45 completely STOKED!!
Went back and Don upgraded the software for FREE!
What a LUCKY F#%@K I was!!

They sold a TON of product today. I know HDS-10's, 8's, 7's and almost all 5's in stock (regular price). Don was very busy all day and the line was long..
