Top Stick Pros to DVL on March 13

On the heals of a great Top Stick open at Diamond Valley, the Top Stick Pro's and Ams will get their shot at the pre-spawn and spawning fish at DV on Saturday, March 13. This is the first event of four that will qualify 20 Pro anglers for their shot at the $10,000 guaranteed to the Pro winner of the TOC in October.

Entry forms are available on the re-built Top Stick website(same address www.topsticktour.com) We will be staging below and we will have the trailer open at 4 am for check in. Make sure you are clean and dry so inspections can be passed and all anglers can fish. If you practice during the week make sure your boat gets tagged before you leave the lake. We have three events on "your lake"....and one of them is a no entry fee event(without options) for $10,000. With options it will be more...

I work on the 13th. This is season isnt a good one for me. I have so much going on with family, wedding, work and my boat issues that I dont have much play time this season. Whenever I have had a chance to sneak out and fish an event I have. You guys don't know half the stuff I got on my plate right now, and unfortuantely derbies are way down on the list. Ill still make what I can this season, but its not going to be like it normally is for me. It wont get back to that until next season probably. I love the fact there is more events on the pond this season and it KILLS me all the crap i got going on that keeps me off the water. I know for sure next season I will have a lot more time on my hands.

No worries, i'm just bustin chops. I dont fish as much now as I did a few years back either. Got more going on than just fishing...which is good in some ways and not so much in others.

Hahaha..........I haven't made a decision to fish. Only because my team partner is fishing as well. Rick knows what it's like. Can't have two guys hitting the same areas, it just ruins it for both. Plus I'm gonna be there the next day for the Won Bass. Time for JDub to show he can boat some donkies without me : )

For right now I'm out. More trash talking from JDub and his fan club from Washington (Jim) I'll be out there wrecking all yall! Yup I said it!

I FINALLY got in on Friday and got tagged for next weeks Won event and subsequent HBC. These will be my last events until late April. I'll be laid up for while due to surgery on my foot.

I work the Saturday before my weddings ( 1st ) that way I can go on my honeymoon. As much as Id like to fish DVL im picking a week in Hawaii with the first lady over DVL.

If you go to Maui. Go to Mama's Fish House, it is near the begining of the road to hana. The best restaurant I've ever been to. The best food and atmosphere. Let me know if you want to do some site fishing at Pudd before you go. should be good by the next full moon

I am getting calls at what feels like 20 minute intervals from guys interested in fishing this weekend. Both pros and Cos. If you want to fish, please try to bring a Pro or Am to sign up with, I want to make sure EVERYONE that wants to fish can get in.

I'm even getting calls from our brothers from the North
