Swimait fishing in Northern California
Swimait fishing in Northern California
I recently work the Bass-a-thon at Angler's Marine in Southern California and swimbait fishing was and is the rage.
What lake do you all think is our best trophy lake?
Sonoma, Collins, Clearlake, Berryessa or Don Pedro? What about Amador?

Don Pedro has been great starting in January until the spawn then it seems to slow a bit. Look at some of the wieghts from last year and I know they caught em on swim baits. One tournament the guys had 28 lbs in three fish and lost two others that would have put them around 50lbs if they would have landed them. The stormier the better too.

I think someone is trying to lead people away from Don Pedro. Good luck,. I think there are to many reports of your Great limits to swing people toward Hogan. Hope to see you up there at Pedro not Hogan this year
