Shimanos can be sent to Dan Isaac at ReelEx. He posts on this site. He's great and has a fast turnaround. He cleans and repaired reels for many of the readers on this site. His web site is www.reel-ex.com

I'd have to think there a folks out there in sunny Florida that offer the service but if not Tony Mello does reel work on other brands and I think Connie at Lake Fork does it also at www.lakeforktacklerepair.com. Dan does the Shimano's for sure. The Hook does abu's and what not also.
