When did the cove at Spanish Flat get closed to boats?? I got kicked out of there on Sunday, I didn't realize the "No Wake" buoys where actually"No Boat Allowed" buoys. Then the Sheriff checked for life jackets which we had out because I never run the big motor without them. But we didn't have a throwable preserver so had a choice of leaving the lake or driving to Markley's to purchase one.

Make sure you guys have the proper safety items.

So Ed, you choose to head back to Markley to "purchase" a throwable cushion, stop in the Narrows and catch your limit there. Besides, there's no fish inside of Spanish Flat!
