ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS DELTA STRUCTURE IS?

At the intersection of Honker Cut and White Slough there is a small island with a dock and patio structure that has 2 very large pipes coming out of it. I've never seen anyone on the island. Does anyone know what the pipes are for? I've been boating by the island for years and have always wondered.

there are skiers that use that island. The tube is secure storage, like an inexpensive shed.

think its a private island i saw some people camping on it last summer.

Its a storage unit.

I witnessed the jerks who swam across the channel last year and busted the water slide...the fat one (nearly 300lbs) was sitting on top of the slide when a wake boarder curled around the island leaving 3 foot waves, the dock a rocking...and then the slide snapped and sent the piggie crashing into the drink. Comical if it wasn't for the damage. I called the sheriff, but they didn't know who the island belonged to and wouldn't follow up.
