I'm not going to go into details, but if you are a Rookie on the water, please reread the boater's safey hand book. It has things like this:
"Yield the right-of-way to the boat on port side if you are on the starboard side and you must cross paths. To keep clear, alter your course and pass astern, or slow down until the other boat passes."

they probably have never read it..and if they did they have no idea what port, starboard or astern even means.....if nothing else they should remember one of Tritons motos...stay to the right....

Shoulda seen it in Black Creek off the St. Johns river yesterday - these people have no clue - I am running WOT and a ski boat slows down, looks at me then turns right in front of me.........I pulled back, veered right then hit it again to get over the wakes
