First and second place I know got in all the options. And 2nd place got Ranger Cup money (my son).

Now how much do think they would have won without getting into the options? With 120 boats? The entry fees are very reasonable for a team, you get a lot of hoopla, bang for the buck, and lot of sponsor product support. It's not the FLW where you plop down a few grand. Dispite the all the criticism Vince gets here he still draws a lot of boats to particpate, and still puts on a great show with lots of fun for all. The Delta FLW National Guard drew only 118 boats. According to customer service when I asked for a refund of my fees. The Future Pro Tour is still a great value for competitive fun. I don't think everyone fish it only for the money. It could be a family thing also.

Good Fishin

As semi Pro Anglers at some point you must have a plan to move up.
FPT is a good circuit WRL is a good circuit. All teams who finish in the top 20 each season can compete at the Pro level. Seems semi Pro is catching up to Pro nowadays!

If we all have a plan to move up our sport will grow!
Fishing creates memories for a life time.

You know, we always called each other goodfellas. Like, you'd say to somebody: "You're gonna like this guy; he's all right. He's a goodfella. He's one of us." You understand? We were goodfellas, wiseguys.
