Bass Bucket List

Post by Trill »

I'm from Louisiana, I've been in this beautiful state for 4 years and have fished some of its awesome lakes and reservoirs. What are your top 5 bass destinations globally?
5. Lake Biwa, Japan
4. Lake Amistad, TX
3. Lake Okechobee, FL
2. Lake Baccarac, Mexico
1. Toledo Bend, TX/LA

I left out Clear Lake as I'm hoping to get a guide out there for my next birthday.

That's a sweet list, and yes Clear Lake needs to be on there atleast 2-3 times....lol

Don't forget about the California Delta, theres a reason BASS and FLW come out here........
Don't ask about my username, all I need to say is check yours and check them often.

Don't knock it til you've been there, Ash. Cypress trees, gators, and expansive water to explore. Maybe if I ever move back, I'll invite you for a tour and rip some lips.

I've fished all the bass lakes I want. I'll take the Lake Of The Woods, MN

Clear Lake anytime I can go is still tops for me
Falcon Lake in Texas
Champlain for Smallies
Guntersville
Moses Lake in WA as I get to MC a tournament up there every year but have never fished it and it has some stud fish in it.

Okeechobee, is overrated, at best a winter lake to get bit when it's cold elsewhere and it is a shiner lake, slow fishing with artificial baits..so many other lakes to catch em'.
the best way to catch a big one is don't lose um sharp hooks set drag retie!

Great choices. I would throw a Cal. Delta stop in there and the Washington State stop could be opened to anywhere in that area. Those waters are awesome and the towns even better.
