DVL Nights-remember the cage

On 7-14-07 at an ABA night event a daytime angler told me about a cage with big fish in it.I reported the location to the TD right before launch.Only a couple of people knew about this and it would have been a perfect time for a sting as the cage was reported to be just over the hill from the parking lot.As far as I know nothing was done and I bet these fish were brought to the scales that night.I might be wrong but I think cheaters weighed fish that night and they are probably still around.Just bringing it up again to maybe make them think twice about it after seeing what happened at the open.Also,as the lake level went down wasn't the cage found?Anyone know about that?

I remember somebody talkling about a cage that was found in the spring , was it at pyramid?

I spoke to the person who saw the "net" with big fish in it.He was actually trying to catch them he said.I got the gut feeling he was telling the truth and he had no clue about why the fish were there.He did use the word "net" as you say.I don't know if much could have been done that night with such short notice but I did report what I was told including the fish being there. Just want people to be aware of what happened,that's all.

No, he wasn't. My partner and I won it so maybe we are cheats now. I guess if you ever win a tourney now your going to be labeled huh.
